Bespoke Party Decor is a trading name of WILEMAN VENTURES LTD. This page covers the details you send us through the website.
When you enquire or request a booking we may collect your name, email address, phone number, event date, venue, whatever you tell us about the celebration, and how you reached the site (for example a Facebook link).
Only to reply to you, check availability, confirm the booking, send invoices and payment links, and deliver the hire. We do not sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.
Booking requests are stored in a private Google Sheet we use to run the diary. Enquiries sent from the website are delivered to our inbox. Payments go through Tide (and their payment partners) — we do not store card numbers.
We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit the site and which pages they use. That data is processed by Google and is not used to identify you by name. You can opt out with a browser add-on.
We keep booking records for as long as we need them for the event and our accounts. You can email contact.bespokepartydecor@gmail.com to ask what we hold, or to ask us to update or delete it.
